1. Whether the oil warning light is off;

2. Whether there is oil leakage or water leakage;

3. Engine sound and exhaust color are normal;

4. Whether the charging indicator is off;

5. Whether all parts of the machine are abnormal.

Three, small excavator if idle in winter, should be properly kept and maintained. Only when used again can the best efficiency be played. Specific maintenance measures are as follows:

1. Clean the soil on the surface of the small excavator and check whether there are loose fasteners.

2. Check whether the antifreeze liquid level and oil oil level are normal, check whether the oil quality is normal, and check the antifreeze level of the fuel.

3. If the weather is particularly cold and the small excavator will shut down for a long time, please discharge the coolant of the engine. At the same time in order to prevent the battery feed, the battery must be disassembled and placed in a warm place for storage.

4. Start the engine once every certain period of time. If the antifreeze liquid level and oil oil level are lower than the normal oil level, please add to the normal level in time before starting. In cold weather, place the key in the preheating position until the preheating light is on (repeat the preheating for several times), then start the engine, idle for 5-10 minutes, and operate each cylinder for 5-10 times without load, each time 5-10MM smaller than the maximum stroke. Finally, the maximum engine speed operation of each cylinder 5-10 times, while the operation of left and right rotation and front and back walking 3 times. Until the system temperature rises to 50-80 degrees before normal operation, continue to make all the working device each action 5-10 minutes after the engine stop.

5. The diesel should be replaced with -10 to -30 models, which depends on the region. The more north the region is, the more diesel with - number will be added.
